Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) recently visited Piney Grove Middle School in Lawsonville where she spoke with the eighth grade class about America’s founding principles and held a question and answer session.

Rep. Foxx said of her visit, “It is always a delight to speak with students and encourage their civic engagement at a young age. Piney Grove students’ thirst for knowledge and interest in their government speaks positively of their learning environment and is a promising sign for the future of Stokes County. I would like to thank Principal Pendleton and Mr. Joyce for the invitation and the kind staff and students for welcoming me.”
