The Stokes County Cooperative Extension will again be hosting the annual Small Farms Day tour on Monday, April 25.
The annual tour visits three to four innovative small scale producers affording the public the opportunity to learn about the varied types of agricultural enterprises in Stokes County.
This year, the tour features honey production, small scale livestock, forestry and Chestnut tree propagation.
The tour van will depart the Cooperative Extension office in Danbury at 8 a.m. and return at 1:30 p.m.
There is no cost to attend the tour, but advanced registration is required.
