Candace Jordan, Kaitlin Jennings and Kelsey Perrell all scored goals and Annah Eggers and Alex Francois each had assists for the Wildcats.
Leanna Shumate had four saves for West.
The Wildcats and Bishop McGuinness fought to a 1-1 tie last week in Northwest 1A/2A Conference soccer.
Perrell scored the only goal for the Wildcats and Molly O’Keefe scored for the Villains.
West is in the hunt for the conference soccer title at 9-6-2 overall and 7-1-1 in the league. The Wildcats close with Surry Central and East Surry.
The Sauras (10-4-2, 5-2-0) finish out against Surry Central, North Surry, Bishop McGuinness and Rockingham County.
After the loss to West, South turned around and beat Mount Airy 3-1.
