Mrs. Peggy Jean Ledford, age 69, of King, widow of the late Donald Ledford Sr., passed away on Friday, April 9, 2010 at Kate B Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Ledford was born in Forsyth County on May 4, 1940 to Mozelle Grimes Rose and the late Raymond Rose.

Mr. Billy Louis Ring, age 73, of Siloam, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at his home. He was born in Surry County on July 9, 1936 to Martha Emma Shinault Ring and the late William Henry Ring.
