The North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examiners has announced that Matthew Roland Adams of King successfully completed the Uniform CPA Examination by passing one or more exam sections during the period October 2009-December 2009.

The Uniform CPA Examination tests a candidate’s knowledge and skills in four major areas—Auditing and Attestation; Financial Accounting and Reporting; Regulation; and Business Environments and Concepts.

The successful Uniform CPA Examination candidates must now meet the education, work experience and moral character requirements of the Board to become licensed as CPAs in the State of North Carolina.
