The Stokes County Arts Council will host a concert by the John Cowan Band at South Stokes Auditorium on Feb. 10. The show starts at 4:30 p.m. with special guests Lacy Green followed by The Good Fellers. John Cowan, also known as the “Voice of Newgrass,” has performed with the likes of Newgrass Revival and the Doobie Brothers.
