The Wildcats continued their winning streak this season with a win against the East Davidson Golden Eagles in a home game on Friday night. The team handed the Golden Eagles a 68-42 loss in a non-conference game. Top scorers for the evening were Alston Furr (23 pts.), Josh Spainhour (16 pts.) and Keshawn Rawleigh (9 pts.).

Wildcats Coach Dan Spainhour said that he was pleased with the win, but that the team is going to have to execute better in the games to come this season as the competition in ramps up.

The Lady Wildcats have had a tough start to the season and have racked up several losses. Friday night continued the trend with a 54-41 loss at the hands of the Golden Eagles, who built in a lead early in the game and held onto it for the night. Top scorers for the evening were Makala Bozman (14 pts.) and Abby Harris (10 pts.).
