Voting has begun for the Virtual Halloween Contest, but it’s not too late to submit your photo for a chance to win a prize.
Entries, such as the photo pictured here, have begun to roll in for the Stokes News virtual costume contest. Everyone is invited to submit a photo or vote at thestokesnews.com. Photos can be submitted during the voting period, which ends Nov. 14. The winners will be announced the following week
Dukes Restaurant is providing a $50 prize to the winner of the “cutest” costume category. The Town of Walnut Cove will give a $50 prize for “most original.” People can win bragging rights in the “funniest” and “scariest” categories.
To submit an entry, visit www.thestokesnews.com, click on the Virtual Halloween Contest logo and follow the steps to upload a photo or vote. The link to the contest can also be found on the “Contest” page under the “Local Features” tab on the website.
