In the second half, West scored three goals in the first fifteen minutes with two goals coming from Wehr and the other from Hunter. Assisting on the goals were Allie Hawkins with two from Fahraues.
In the second round game, the Wildcats traveled to Wilkes Central, the higher seed, and scored their 15th shutout of the season with a 4-0 victory over the Eagles.
Fahraues found Wehr for the first goal of the game at the 20 minute mark of the first half. Fahraues then found Micha Harris for another Wildcat goal and a 2-0 lead.
In the second half, Hawkins and Harris assisted Bates and Mackenzie Edwards on goals for another Wildcat victory.
