Nancy Reynolds News - In honor of Juanita Gordy



Sympathy is extended to the family of Curtis Inman who passed away early Monday morning. Pat Faries and Jimmy Inman attended his funeral.

Sympathy is extended to the family of Joyce Frye. Joyce had cancer. She was buried at Brims Grove Baptist Church on Saturday.

Sympathy is extended to the family of Lisa Fulp, Roger’s wife. Lisa had cancer as well. Her service was held on Sunday afternoon at Brims Grove Baptist Church.

Nancy Speaks has bronchitis again.

Happy 97th birthday to Sanders McHone who owns and operates the fertilizer house in Pilot Mountain.

Happy Birthday also to Amber DeHart.

Marshall and Jean Gordy visiited their daughter and son-in-law Valerie and Anthony Bowman at Myrtle Beach last week and also celebrating Jean’s birthday. They returned home on Saturday.

There will be a gospel singing at Eldora Ruritan Club on Saturday, September 23 at 7 pm. Jonathan Bledsoe, Billy C Smith and Friends, and also featuring David Johnson on steel and fiddle. The admission is $9 at the door. The club is located at 2078 Arart Road in Ararat, NC.

Homecoming will be observed on September 17 with Mark Hall at the Brims Grove Baptist Church at 11 am. Pastor Gerald Jones invites everyone to attend and bring a well filled basket.

Prayer list includes Nancy Palmer, Ricky Tise, Gene Moser, Lois Tilley, Loyd Sams, Jimmy Inman, Brad Martin, Robbie Morefield, Basil Gordon, Hickman Simmons, Vicki Gordon, Hallie Hall, Tammy Lawson, Gary Simmons, Michael Palmer, Shirley Martin, Krista Simmons, Billy Gibson, Linda Lane, Donna Bowman Edwards, Hugh Covington, Linda Holland, Teresa Sisk, Scotty Marshall, Kim Hall, Dan Puckett, Allen Puckett, Calvin Love, Elizabeth Essick, and Deborah Inman. Several of these mentioned have cancer and need your prayers.
