Poplar Springs collects food for needy


Poplar Springs Student Council makes a difference in December.

The Poplar Springs Student Council collected canned and nonperishable food items for two weeks in December. Poplar Springs students donated nearly 1,000 food items to King Outreach Ministry just in time for the holidays. Student Council sponsors, Tavi Petree and Kelly Doncsecz, coordinated the food drive for the school.
