King Police Department is working to help their brothers in blue at the Houston Police Department, to honor them and especially fallen brother Sgt. Steve Perez.

“We are collecting items the officers need such as underwear, socks, hygiene products and new kids clothing for the officers’ kids,” said King Police Chief Paula in a written statement. “Anyone who would like to donate these items please bring them to the King Police Department now through Sept. 12. We will package and deliver them to our state drop-off point on Sept. 14. A big thanks in advance to everyone who would like to help.”
